As the founder of our consulting firm, Enid Rivera is a seasoned consultant who specializes in partnering with businesses to identify immediate and long-term solutions for complex organizational challenges that impact business results.
Enid is proven to work successfully across global, regional, and local teams in leading, designing and implementing organizational effectiveness initiatives, reorganizations, and strategies. She is known for building buy-in with leadership and cross-functional teams, and for fostering collaboration to co-create solutions that are strategy-led.
Enid has spent the last 20+ years working for and consulting with leaders in companies including Nike, Lam Research, various governmental agencies, and law firms. With a background as an employment law attorney licensed in California and New York, she also has a unique perspective on HR issues and understanding of the legal complexities involved.

Enid has deep experience with advising businesses on developing and executing change strategies in response to strategic shifts, reorganizations, mergers, and divestitures.
Leadership & Global Experience
Enid has led teams of various sizes, locations, and cultures in both HR and in the business, including teams supporting over 20,000 employees, both as the leader of the North America HR retail field team, and the Americas HR Customer Service team. Her experience in a retail operations business role, leading a global team and elevating/expanding a business-facing program, has given her a unique perspective on how HR can contribute to the success of an organization, both locally and worldwide.
Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution
Through her background as a Labor and Employment Law Attorney and working on Employee Relations teams, Enid has considerable and diverse experience in employee relations, risk assessment and mitigation, and conflict resolution.
Training, Team and Meeting Facilitation
As part of her support of transformations, Enid has experience developing and facilitating various trainings, communications and team building to audiences of various levels, roles, and cultures, from executives to entry-level employees, both locally and worldwide.
